Giannis Liberopoulos is a third-generation attorney and the founding partner of “Liberopoulos Law Firm” and a member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 1995. He has studied at the University of Athens and had his LL.M. (in International Commercial Law) at the University of Kent, UK.

His commercial practice incorporates 24 years of experience in advisory, litigation and transactional work. He is well experienced in the Real Estate Sector and the International Tax Planning and Structuring Law. His real estate practice is focused on large scale developments and investments in Greece, Cyprus and UK. He has a strong track record advising on this sector and relevant transactions of any kind (residential, professional, logistics and hoteling) in Greece and Cyprus.

He advises also legal entities and high net worth individuals (Greek and foreigner) on a broad range of corporate law as well as on international multilevel tax planning and structuring of legal entities, such as cross-border mergers and he has participated in the Board of Directors in a number of listed and non-listed commercial and real estate companies.
